Stacey Fedorka of ERIKS North America Receives 2017 Pittsburgh CIO of the Year Award
PITTSBURGH, March 29, 2017 – ERIKS North America has announced that Stacey Fedorka, Vice President of Information Technology, was honored as the 2017 Pittsburgh CIO of the Year in the “Gigabyte??? category, representing organizations with 1,001 to 10,000 employees. The Pittsburgh Technology Council (PTC) and the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group coordinated the event, which was held at the Westin Convention Center Hotel on March 22, 2017.
Fedorka, who has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial distribution, manufacturing, and consulting industries, joined the ERIKS organization in 2012. She has been directly responsible for transforming the IT organization into a valued business partner by providing strategic leadership, innovative business and technology solutions, and world-class technical services aimed at driving profitable and sustainable business growth.

The Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group work together each year to honor the region’s top technology executives for their innovation and creativity in planning and deploying their enterprise systems, future technology goals, management philosophy, and service to industry and community. Nominees include chief information officers (CIO) and chief information security officers (CISO)—or those in equivalent positions—in seven categories according to company size.
This year, 27 finalists were judged by a committee of members from Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group.
